Marketing Manager
Job Description
Catapult is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to support the Latin American commercial team. This role will be responsible for the execution of both digital and event-based marketing initiatives across Latin America. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (written & verbal), with a proven track record in digital and event marketing. This role is based at the Catapult offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina and will report into Catapult’s global marketing organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Plan & manage a variety of on-site event activations, including sponsored conferences, trade shows, and regional workshops across Latin America.
- Develop compelling marketing content that supports commercial activities across the region. This includes webinars, blogs, case studies, and social media content that engages and educates our clients and prospects.
- Manage the translation of new & existing marketing content including but not limited to sales materials, and brand communication
- Own digital marketing support, including managing social media channels, email, and website-based campaigns that maximize brand exposure and engagement.
- Measure & report on marketing performance across each event and digital campaign.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage marketing sponsorship opportunities with relevant sports organizations, leagues, and events across Latin America.
- Partner with the commercial team on the development and execution of commercial agreements and proposals.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (verbal & written ) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, event management, and marketing management experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, email marketing, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
