WHAT YOU’LL DO
Demand Generation
- Create and implement integrated, multi-channel demand gen campaigns to acquire new customers for the LashBack product line and cross-sell into the rest of PerformLine’s products and services
- Develop detailed campaign project plans (e.g. campaign goals, schedule, messaging, call to action)
- Measure all marketing campaigns and tactics to drive optimization as well as analyze outcomes, provide insights, and present the results
- Drive the demand gen engine for our LashBack product line
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to execute on the demand generation strategy
- Work cross-functionally and manage multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously
Sales Enablement
- Partner with the sales team to establish goals, manage lead flow, and increase conversion rates throughout every stage of the customer journey
- Create inbound and outbound campaigns for existing target markets, identify new market segments, and support expansion
- Support the outbound sales efforts with a range of programs and tactics (e.g. email/call scripts, support materials, targeted marketing)
- Execute best-in-class demand gen programs across multiple channels utilizing a mix of inbound, outbound, paid, and event marketing to generate and accelerate pipeline activity
- Think email, webinars, events, website, web personalization, SEM, social media, etc.
- Monitor and improve lead scoring models and create impactful email nurture programs to improve conversion rates and overall lead quality
- Be engaged with the sales team on feedback of campaigns, success of programs and closing the communication loop
Client Marketing
- Develop client marketing initiatives that create delight, loyalty, and love from our LashBack clients
- Collaborate with the Sales and Client Success teams to support strategic growth through retention, upsell, and cross sell opportunities for LashBack and PerformLine
- Create programs to build advocates that drive a successful client referral program
- Support client communications around new product launches
WHO YOU ARE
- Driven, analytical marketer looking to directly impact the revenue and retention
- B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3+ years specifically in demand gen roles
- Hands-on experience building and launching marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal skills like editing, proofreading, presenting, and public speaking
- Expert in Salesforce and Hubspot (or equivalent marketing automation platform)
- Proven ability to manage large, detailed projects despite tight timelines, pressure, and uncertainty
- Acts with urgency, dives into the details when needed, and demonstrates dependability
- Metric driven and focused on continual improvement
- Curious mindset that drives you to troubleshoot issues and quickly learn new systems
- Defaults to thoughtful, humble, empathetic, respectful, and calm communication; never operates with an adversarial attitude
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
