Role Description:
As the Marketing Manager at PEAKE, you will drive our marketing strategy and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive, effective, and aligned with the company’s goals. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to innovate will be vital in enhancing brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with PEAKE’s business goals, enhancing brand awareness and driving growth.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blogs, white papers, social media posts, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the management of digital marketing channels, ensuring that website content, social media accounts, and email campaigns are up-to-date, engaging, and effective.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops, from logistics to promotion and post-event analysis.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the integrity of marketing databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, PMP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, content management platforms, and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing, including the ability to interpret metrics and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Creative problem-solving skills, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement in marketing tactics and strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across departments and with external partners.
