Requirements
- Develop and manage campaigns to increase lead volume, customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention.
- Own MQL and conversion rate goals for specific solutions and market segments.
- Collaborate with product marketing, partnerships team, sales, and customer success to develop ABM strategies to achieve up-market and cross-sell revenue targets
- Maintain a multi-channel marketing calendar and campaign plan to ensure alignment and collaboration across marketing and revenue teams
- Optimize conversion to get the most out of every visitor and click, partnering with product marketing to refine the right messaging for each segment.
- Test, learn, optimize, operationalize, repeat.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' marketing experience with partnership marketing and/or ABM experience preferred.
- Strong collaborator who can work effectively cross functionally and develop close partnership with sales, revenue operations, and marketing teams
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Working knowledge of marketing technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce.com, and Google Analytics
- Keen focus on data and analytics to understand the performance of funnels, campaigns, channels, and experiments
- Strong communicator with strong relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis on Marketing or Business preferred
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment and/or marketing to SMB firms a plus
- Must thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment of a growth company is paramount.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.
Pay range: $90,000 - $110,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
