Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will serve as a marketing consultant to our Franchisees throughout the lifecycle of their Restore location in. You will serve as their marketing sherpa to guide them on our internal processes, marketing tools, campaigns and marketing trainings. The ideal candidate is well versed in demand generation and growth marketing practices with an analytical mind and an exemplary client service demeanor.
This role will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Your responsibility will be to successfully onboard and manage marketing best practices for Restore locations while having a direct tie into national marketing activities.

• New Store On-boarding and Presale Education. Responsible for onboarding a new Restore location from a marketing perspective. Working with store owners and staff to education on Restore's marketing practices, tools and campaigns in order to facilitate a successful pre-sales campaign prior to the store opening.
• Presale sales training. It is the Marketing Manager's responsibility to ensure the owner and GM understand the Presale campaign, how to sell and execute it.
• Coach franchisees on grassroots marketing. Coach franchise owners and managers to execute local grassroots marketing that generates brand awareness and leads for their store. This includes outreach to the chamber of commerce, their commercial center, local businesses, local influencers, etc.
• Build web pages. Work with our web team to update the restore.com/locations web page and lead generation landing pages needed to execute marketing campaigns.
• Campaign Coordination. Advise stores on marketing messaging and potential campaigns based on need. Review and approve marketing materials and campaigns to ensure they align with brand guidelines that are created by our franchisees or their external marketing agencies.
• Measure, report and optimize. You will measure and report to franchisees and our Marketing team how stores are trending, and you will work with franchisees to provide recommendations to optimize performance.
• Evolve Best Practices. Based on analyzing store performance across the system, continually update best practices to communicate tactics, campaigns and tools that are drive leads, appointments and revenue for our stores.
• Deliver exceptional client partner experience. We are the marketing point of contact for our franchisees. They rely on us for their success. You engage franchisees as clients and partners with polished communications and personal investment in their store's success
• Be the hub to our spoke. You will be the central point of contact and driver for marketing from presale to open stores, collaborating and coordinating with our Marketing team to deliver successful campaigns and store growth
• Act as a key player to help facilitate local marketing opportunities - OOH, radio, digital, etc. Brand expert for the franchisee. Ensure the campaign is up to brand standards.

SKILLS/ KNOW-HOW/ EXPERIENCES THAT WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN THIS ROLE HOLDER:

• Able to work in Austin HQ (this is not a remote position)
• 6+ years of experience with a background in
  • An agency account management role, OR
  • A demand generation role, OR
  • A campaign management role, OR
  • A franchise marketing manager role
• Experience in marketing strategy with platforms such as:
  • Facebook and Google ads
  • WordPress, Webflow (or other CMS)
• You are able to provide a portfolio of high impact consumer communications that has a lens of storytelling and a mind for driving audiences through a journey
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills, and a client-facing confidence that advances dialogue, sells ideas and creates strong agency-client relationships
• Extremely strong team player who can manage multiple clients, projects and priorities
• Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
