Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible and accountable for achieving annual installation volume and Marketing Cost Per Install goals for assigned partnerships accounts and channels. Drives demand generation and customer acquisition, and oversees key account operations to ensure campaigns are compliant and executed in a cost-efficient, continuous-improving manger. Builds relationships with stakeholders and decision makers at key accounts and within ADT to support and enable growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with ADT team members to ensure world-class partner experience.
- Grow partnerships to drive install volume and profitability through contract and financial models, performance and creative optimization, relationship management, and account strategy.
- Review business results and primary metrics daily.
- Partner with the Manager of Partnerships, finance, and analytics team to identify opportunities.
- Includes compliance support, compensation needs, escalated customer service issues, compliance, and campaign management for assigned accounts and channels.
- Travel to business partners to support partner relationships through education, incentives, added support, onboarding, and execution of marketing strategies.
- Develop and deliver training, communication, and coaching to Business Partners.
- Develop analytical tools and processes to support Partners objectives and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a Business or Marketing focus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn in-house software applications.
- At least 2 years of experience and success leading major accounts in the Direct to Consumer vertical.
- Experience in lead generation, account management, and consumer marketing preferred.
- 50%+ travel.
- Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects at one time.
- Collaborative team player who places a high priority on internal and external customer service.
- Good listener, Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivator.
