Position Summary:


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating marketing strategies with sales, finance, public relations, customer success, product, and operations teams. This role will analyze customer insights, develop competitive analysis and work with leadership to create marketing best practices to build successful strategies. They will create and maintain analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. They will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.



Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:


  • Work with VP of Marketing to drive revenue growth for our SaaS and services-based solutions by directing all online and traditional marketing initiatives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Collaborate with product line managers, other marketing personnel, and sales to understand and positively impact the roadmap to ensure it aligns with market trends, customer input, and corporate direction
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring consistent presentations & other materials used companywide
  • Collaborate with team members to routinely evaluate and measure go-to-market program results and adapt plans based on learnings
  • Conduct customer research and feed learnings into marketing messaging and strategies
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional and cross-department groups to ideate, source, develop and optimize content to meet partner business priorities and goals on key initiatives
  • Develop, lead and execute integrated, go-to-market strategies for QuartzBio, including digital marketing, advertising, product and event marketing and more, in order to drive new net-new business and grow existing business
  • Ensure all campaign risk and governance procedures are followed, including reviews and engagement by stakeholders, legal, risk and brand
  • Manage events, conferences, and trade shows by planning logistics, submitting speaking proposals, coordinating with vendors, creating event materials, and identifying marketing collateral
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


Minimum Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications
  • At least 5 years of professional marketing experience


Other Required:


  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts.
  • Proficient with productivity and communications software (i.e., Google Docs, Google Slides, CRM, SmartSheet, SharePoint, Hubspot, Asana, etc.)
  • Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical subject matter experts to business owners), with ability to present complex information in easily understandable format and tailored to the audience
  • Strong writing and communication skills: this person is an adept writer with versatile writing skills who can adapt to our company voice and produce a range of content in different formats
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment with team members across multiple offices and time zones
  • Experience with integrated marketing and communications strategies and an understanding of how they come together to provide measurable results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to read, write, speak fluently and comprehend the English language

Preferred:

Pharmaceutical, bioscience or life sciences background preferred, but not required
