Workrise is hiring a Marketing Manager that will be responsible for building marketing programs - from strategy through to execution and measurement - in support of our growth targets. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has a broad set of marketing experiences in B2B marketing. This includes end-to-end campaign management and execution, as well as messaging development, sales enablement, and more. This person is collaborative, creative, and efficient.

Responsible for campaigns in support of Sales’ top-line revenue growth plans, Marketing also has ownership of the brand narrative and the way that story is told via campaigns and initiatives, both externally and internally.
What you’ll be doing:- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales and Operations to design and implement campaigns that will support them in meeting their goals including:
- Multi-channel (online and offline) demand generation campaigns and lead nurture programs
- ABM campaigns to deepen relationships and expand wallet share amongst existing customers
- Cross-sell and upsell campaigns
- Customer experience campaigns including onboarding, retention, loyalty, and reactivation
- Take marketing campaigns from inception through to execution and evaluation
- Measure, analyze, report on & optimize the campaigns based on performance
- Develop your campaign materials, writing draft copy, and pushing items through an internal review process focused on matching messages to the marketplace
- Implement activities in Hubspot (at least 90% of the way, we’ve got a specialist to help with tricky details!)
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop customer narratives (at the business unit, audience, and product levels) and translate to Sales materials including decks, one-sheets, case studies, and more
- 5+ years of experience working in B2B Marketing in various capacities.
- Proven track record of partnering closely with Sales teams
- Deep understanding of a variety of demand generation strategies including ABM
- Comfort working across all channels to drive leads (digital media, events, direct mail, etc.)
- Hands-on experience implementing campaigns and activities in Hubspot
- Hands-on experience conceptualizing, planning, and executing bold and effective omni-channel demand generation campaigns
- Courageous, discerning, curious and agile - believes there are always better ways to get things done
- Scrappy when needed and calm in the face of chaos/unexpected curveballs
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preference given to candidates with experiences in the Energy sector
