Position Overview

Ceribell, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Manager to help us build and communicate the clinical and economic value of Ceribell to physicians and providers. The Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can drive tangible, commercially relevant results. In this role you will be responsible for building marketing and communications strategies across service lines and sites to identify and implement marketing campaigns. 

This role is located in the Bay Area, please no remote applicants.

What You'll Do

  • Provide B2B marketing guidance and planning discussions to stakeholders  in an effort to address both short-term and long-term business needs and objectives to drive growth and awareness
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including; development of marketing collateral, digital and social media marketing promotional campaigns, and overall media plan content to articulate the value proposition of our Ceribell
  • Identify, develop, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Partner with sales to support strategies, tools and training material to achieve revenue goals
  • Assist in the strategic implementation of training and education of both sales reps and physicians on the clinical value of Ceribell products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop and implement Ceribell’s presence at key conferences, booth presence, and promotion
  • Establish and drive validation activities with clinical outcomes data
  • Work with our clinical affairs team to establish a claims roadmap and subsequent studies or means to generate supporting data
  • Partner with digital marketing groups to optimize Ceribell’s messaging through digital channels as well as to key stakeholder segments (providers, physicians, etc.) 
  • Analyze clinical and market data to assess future marketing opportunities

What You'll Need

  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing or related field is required 
  • Proven record of achievement, leadership and delivering results within the medical device industry 
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA or equivalent is preferred 
  • Results-driven attitude & a resolve to win; must be self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Great presentation skills including ability to present to large customer groups, executives, or sales team members.
  • Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple constituents
  • Travel minimum is 25%, 35% for remote employees
