Marketing Manager

Project Manager ensures that Bronx RHIO projects are completed on time, at a high level of quality, with good communication among project team, task tracking, problem solving, report writing, and other tasks relevant to specific projects. Manages multiple complex projects simultaneously. Marketing Manager, a new position, creates, manages, and implements the Bronx RHIO's marketing plan with the help of the Provider Relations Coordinators, who report directly to the Marketing Manager. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing a plan for marketing services to existing and new members in line with NYeC customer satisfaction goals for QEs in 2019, while simultaneously considering the complex and diverse needs of the member base and their various projects.

Education/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree. 6 years experience

Project management skills including:

Creating work plans that include tasks, assigned parties, start and end dates, dependencies, etc.

Organizing meetings, taking and circulating minutes, following up on action items from minutes to ensure completion.

Learning new subject areas in depth as projects are started and implemented

Prodding task members politely for items due

Report writing

Marketing skills including:

Outreach to existing and prospective members and communicating available services

Development of understandable marketing materials intended for a varied, nontechnical audience

Strong communication and public speaking skills

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Management skills including:

Managing the workload and career goals of direct reports

Conducting regular team and individual meetings to monitor progress

Evaluating success of direct reports
