ABOUT THIS POSITION
We seek a highly organized, dynamic team player to drive growth by creating and managing cutting-edge marketing strategies.
This role will be responsible for supporting the development of our ambulatory marketing strategy and partner cross-functionally to identify and implement new ideas that impact growth. Our ideal candidate is experienced in B2B marketing to revenue cycle leaders at ambulatory healthcare organizations. This person is a strategic, results-driven professional with exceptional project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and focused on our team's goals. This person will regularly lead projects spanning multiple teams, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can toggle between multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The person should be a strategic and creative thinker that is able to bring big projects to life and collaborate cross-functionally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the development of the overall ambulatory marketing strategy focused on prospecting, lead generation, lead nurturing, retention and client cross-sell campaigns to drive growth in the ambulatory segment
- Work closely with Performance Marketing leadership to align on project and campaign priorities and objectives to carry out effective and efficient execution of campaigns and meet inbound lead goals
- Collaborate with marketing coordinators on campaign coordination responsibilities, monitor project progress, provide updates as needed, and maintain effective communication with Marketing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain the marketing calendar, understanding the necessary stages of various timelines, including briefing, strategy development, content and design kick offs, tactical plans, and execution needs
- Partner with Commercial Operations to identify and obtain campaign audience lists focused on market expansion, persona segmentation, and increased market penetration
- Oversee webinar management plan, including coordinating webinar kick off calls, coordination, moderation and post-webinar engagement
- Support the cross-functional collaboration between internal operations and channel partner teams, helping to build marketing plans and identify initiatives to impact growth
- In partnership with marketing coordinators, maintain the team's internal marketing resource repository, through regular updates, reporting on recently executed initiatives and collecting updates from other teams
- Support Sales and Marketing alignment initiatives such as communication updates and sales program development
- Contribute to the organization's event presence by building and implementing event marketing communications and researching and developing speaking proposals
- Identify opportunities to evolve current processes, improve efficiency, and enhance performance
- Remain at the forefront of healthcare marketing trends by conducting market analysis and competitive benchmarking as it pertains to their campaign activities, and translating learnings into actionable insights to shape marketing plans
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation tactics, full funnel marketing, sales programs, competitor campaigns and product launches
- Experience with project management platforms
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- A strong track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication abilities; written and verbal
- Ability to take the initiative and prioritize tasks
- Understanding of the marketing funnel + customer journey
- Experience working with cross-functional teams from concept to project conclusion
- Strongly preferred: familiarity with key personas and pain points in an ambulatory healthcare revenue cycle setting
