Swift HR Solutions provides comprehensive, high-quality, HR, Talent and Leadership Development Solutions for Companies from the earliest stages. Our team is comprised of seasoned HR leaders, facilitators and recruiters with a focus on creating culturally aligned and stage-appropriate employee experiences for our Clients.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to attract and engage Clients and loyal SwiftHR advocates.
Your work will be two parts content and graphic manager, one part program manager, working bring engagement-based content, campaigns, and events to life. This is the right role for you love driving engagement through content, have a background in professional service organizations and finding simple, compelling ways to communicate.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive development and ongoing iteration of content for meaningful client and network communication campaigns— including email copy, blog, and sales collateral
- Plan, write, and collaborate on the narratives we tell, including building narratives that will excite prospects and current clients
- Write and lead website copy that is optimized for SEO
- Supervise metrics to successfully measure impact and responses, to quantify success and resolve areas of improvements
- Provide graphic design support for a variety of marketing communications projects
- Support cross-functional team in planning, implementation, and execution of networking events
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if:
- You love building content with the intent of attracting and engaging clients
- You are a confirmed professional services marketer
- You excel at short-form content such as email marketing and long-form content alike
- You have a strong eye for visually appealing layouts and graphic design
- You can make a story last across channels (social media, email marketing, etc)
- You're eager to validate that you can innovate by trying new tactics, and stay up to date on marketing trends
- You are a focused self-starter who has the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while paying close attention to detail
Other experiences and skills that would be helpful:
- Social media marketing strategies and platforms
- Experience with Hubspot, or other CRM or other sales marketing platforms
- Experience with Square Space
- Experience with basic graphic design tools
- Knowledge of Human Resource, Recruiting or Leadership Development services
- Relevant undergraduate education or equivalent experience

- The salary range for this role is currently $44-$60 per hour salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits upon request.
