Job Description
Marketing Manager reserves the role of action and supports all marketing activities & campaigns for property, achieving a number of customers and revenue targets, and follows the Brand’s marketing policy. The position responsible for marketing planning and supporting the team to be harmonious teamwork including developing the working system to work efficiently to achieve the assigned target.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or any related field
• At least 5 years experience in the marketing field (retail business is an advantage).
• Ability to create marketing planning and execution in campaign activities, advertisement, sales promotion
• Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and any new channels)
• A team player with a mature personality and the ability to work independently as well as under pressure
Additional Information
• Drive marketing events and marketing campaigns to success & achieve Company’s target
• Conduct market research on competitor shopping malls within the industry that is seen as relevant and delivering competitive advantage to the brand
• Drive opportunities, create and implement packages to achieve targets and reach the highest valueÂ
• Responsible for a promotions area revenue
• To manage marketing expenditure and maximize revenue in the department
• Ensure that all marketing work is processed quickly and efficiently.
• Create marketing strategy, promotion & media tool to support every tenant.
• Coordinate with the CR team to analyze Customer info & create a marketing strategy for customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with a partner or 3rd party to create a marketing campaign & eventÂ
• Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge of all product and service offerings, new developments of key competitors, and the awareness of general industry trend
