Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC), with offices in Connecticut, Colorado and California, is one of the country's most creative and dynamic providers of primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services, and a leader in practice-based research, health professionals training, and use of innovative technologies to advance health and healthcare. CHC is designated as a federally qualified health center and a patient-centered medical home by HRSA, the Joint Commission, and NCQA, respectively. We deliver more than 600,000 patient visits per year from primary care hubs and community clinics across the state of CT, all connected by technology and common standards for quality. We employ several hundred medical, dental, and behavioral health providers who are engaged in practice, teaching, and research. Our Weitzman Institute is devoted to research and practice transformation and is recognized around the country as one of the premier research institutes focused on improving health care and health outcomes for special and vulnerable populations. Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager will be directly responsible for organizing, developing, and executing on a strategic and tactical marketing plan within In a fast-paced, high intensity organization. Marketing skills and tactics utilized will include web analytics, email and physical campaign marketing, content generation, and public relations.

Must have a proven track record of leading and delivering successful, impactful marketing campaigns, from concept through execution, along with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently. The Marketing Manager will develop and conduct marketing initiatives that gain attention and create awareness and loyalty and drive revenue. They will have empathy for the needs of patients with complex lives and conditions and an understanding of issues confronting underserved communities.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages main marketing responsibilities for CHC and its affiliates, in addition to creating a marketing culture within the organization
  • Analyzes marketing campaign performance and trends. Produces and presents reports to understand effectiveness and ROI; provide recommended courses of action and adjustments to strategy to accomplish goals
  • Aligns marketing and revenue targets, with cost-effective solutions
  • Gathers data from internal data teams to segment and target personalized messaging to all audiences.
  • Ensures all external communications contain a consistent and compelling brand image and message
  • Collaborates closely with digital team on marketing strategy and content
  • Identifies opportunities for growth, improved visibility, brand recognition, and customer service
  • Ensures continued innovation and optimization for engagement and retention
  • Defines and implements new, cost-effective revenue-generating plans
  • Reviews similar non-profits (compare similar offerings, any gaps unfulfilled in market)
  • Leads and manages marketing related events, within agency and community, to attract interest and represent CHC

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required Skills and Education
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, marketing communications or a related field
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Excellent oral and writing communications skills
