A Day in the Life  

You will help change the landscape of the space launch industry, be an integral and unique part of a close-knit team of individuals operating in a high energy environment. We are currently constructing the most powerful kinetic launch system ever made. We are seeking to hire a key player to develop the functionality, aesthetics, and human experience of the structures, equipment and facilities that make it all possible, and later continue that effort as we develop our orbital launch system. 

As the Marketing Manager at SpinLaunch, you will play a critical role developing the storytelling, brand and sales enablement initiatives that elevate the company profile and drive business growth. More specifically, you will lead many of the content, event, campaign, and digital media initiatives across the organization.  

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven background developing and executing a wide range of integrated B2B marketing campaigns.  

You will primarily operate from our headquarters based in Long Beach, California 

Your Mission 

• Immerse yourself in SpinLaunch’s technology and product lines, identifying key opportunities to support brand development, credibility, and growth. Be a highly creative and innovative thought-leader that plays a critical role in the development of SpinLaunch’s dynamic marketing strategy and company vision. 

You Have 

• 5+ years in B2B marketing experience, ideally in the technology or aerospace industry  
• Experience with content, event, and social media management  
• Partnered cross-functionally (Product, Engineering & Marketing) on sales enablement efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with high impact product initiatives 

• Ability to understand and define the assets needed for brand engagement, enablement, and unification 
• Excellent copy-writing skills 
• Keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently and structure your time effectively. 
• Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving “get it done” environment, and take pride in being an excellent teammate 
• Ability to speak confidently and clearly about your ideas with stakeholders and support your thoughts with conviction, while being open to differing perspectives and viewpoints. 

ITAR Requirements 

SpinLaunch is required by the U.S. Government to comply with various space technology export regulations including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (“green card holder”) as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15) or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
