Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA Reports To: President and Preconstruction Manager Overview Trü Architectural is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to support the President and Preconstruction Manager in executing marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and drive business growth across commercial and high-end residential sectors. This role will lead digital content creation, manage media buyouts, track performance analytics, and support business development efforts through proposal and presentation development. Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage all media buyouts (print, digital, social). · Launch and maintain the Trü website with SEO and brand alignment. · Create marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, press releases. · Manage content and scheduling across social media channels. · Maintain a digital library of high-quality photos and videos. · Track and optimize performance using analytics tools. · Help manage Pipedrive CRM · Lead proposal development and support pursuit strategies. · Coordinate sales presentations and industry event participation. · Interview architects, GC’s, designers, façade consultants, customers about various topics related to windows doors, facades. · Storytelling about Tru and Tru projects · Must be passionate about manufacturing, architecture, and building. Qualifications · 5+ years in AEC industry marketing. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). · Experience in media planning, buying, and analytics. · Strong writing, communication, and project management skills. · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. · Willingness to travel for events and jobsite media capture. · Knowledge of facade/glazing systems is a plus. Compensation & Benefits · Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 depending on experience. · Health insurance and 401(k). · Compliant with California labor laws.
