Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Management:
β’ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in line with company goals.
β’ Oversee the marketing department, ensuring effective team management and productivity.
β’ Manage and coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns.
β’ Analyze market trends and competitorsβ strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.
β’ Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and business goals.
β’ Conference and Event Management:
β’ Plan, organize, and manage company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
β’ Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders for successful event execution.
β’ Enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities through events.
β’ Monitor event outcomes and provide reports on engagement and ROI.
β’ Stay up-to-date with industry events and trends to identify opportunities for participation.
β’ Digital Marketing:
β’ Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
β’ Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence.
β’ Oversee the company's website and digital content strategy.
β’ Analyze digital marketing analytics to gauge campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
β’ Keep abreast of new digital technologies and digital marketing trends.
β’ Brand Awareness and Positioning:
β’ Build and maintain strong brand awareness and positioning in the market.
β’ Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
β’ Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand reputation.
β’ Collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand brand reach.
β’ Monitor and manage brand reputation online and offline.
β’ Promotions:
β’ Design and oversee promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
β’ Coordinate with sales and product development teams to create synergistic promotional strategies.
β’ Analyze promotional campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
β’ Manage promotional materials, including digital and print assets
Skill Required:
β’ Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.

β’ Digital Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, SEO, CRM, email marketing, and online advertising.
β’ Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop unique marketing campaigns and solutions.
β’ Budget Management: Skills in managing marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
β’ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
β’ Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

β’ Ability to travel domestically.
Education & Work Experience:
β’ Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.
β’ 3-5 years of marketing experience, including expertise in go-to-market and product marketing, supporting complex marketing strategy development and cross-functional execution.
