Marketing Manager, AI-Driven Product Communications

HubSpot is looking for a Marketing Manager to reinvent how customers learn about and experience product launches and new features. In this role you’ll leverage AI and email best practices to create optimize and scale product communications for our customers.

This role sits on the Email Strategy team which manages a broad range of critical communications to our global customers and partners from price changes to product launches to targeted events. We’re looking for someone who has experience developing email campaigns has a passion for AI and experimenting with leading-edge technologies and can drive cross-functional projects forward.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Dive into our data and leverage the power of AI to create innovative hyper-personalized product communications that scale

• Conceptualize write and build compelling emails that provide value for our audiences while driving adoption and demand for HubSpot products

• Analyze email performance usage and activation data and identify opportunities to enhance the email experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on product messaging and create a seamless customer experience across email in-app and human-led motions

• Be an internal thought leader on AI-driven email communications including developing content frameworks defining engagement metrics to drive success and improving product narratives and reporting

• Experiment with new data and technologies to improve engagement and further scale email communications
