About the Role: The Channel Marketing manager will be based in Singapore and cover the APAC region ( with the exception of Japan).

What you will do:

  • Create and build regional marketing plans
  • Develop and execute high impact marketing field marketing initiatives to generate quality leads, aligned with overall marketing strategies and sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand market trends, prospect and customer challenges, and feedback to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  • Initiate , lead, manage and activate regional marketing trade shows, roundtables, or other type events and seminars, physical or virtual, ensuring smooth execution and maximum attendance and follow up activities for demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Manage co-marketing funds with partners ( Value Added Resellers - VARs) including activities approval, support with content and assets, payments and budget management
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI on marketing activities.

Who you are/Skills needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 5-7 years of experience in field marketing or related roles (creating and executing on activities that create pipeline and expansion), B2B is a must
  • Experience partnering with SDR/BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer’s journey.
  • Must be an efficient self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Self-motivated and reliable individual with a hands-on approach and a proven ability to work independently.
  • Must have worked with SFDC
  • Nice to have technical knowledge or experience with Asana.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in channel marketing and managing Marketing development Funds/ Co-marketing activities - Highly advantage
