Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of national and regional field marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement, brand awareness, and sales for the Minute Maid Brand, with additional brands expected to follow. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing, on-premise programming, and scalable field operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the BevAlc/CPG industry and be able to create and implement marketing strategies, programs, and playbooks that can be executed effectively across multiple markets. 

The MM provides direction and leadership to a regional team of internal and agency resources to:

The MM will also manage program budgets, strategic goals, and KPI objectives while providing regular updates to benchmark success. 

Primary Responsibilities/Activities: 

Consumer Engagement Planning and Programming: 60% 

  • Lead the development and implementation of national field marketing strategies that enhance consumer engagement and drive brand growth.

  • Establish and manage KPIs for all field marketing and consumer engagement activities, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

  • Develop comprehensive playbooks for field and BTL marketing that guide teams in executing consistent and effective brand activities. 

  • Amplify local activation to the national stage

  • Lead brand communication with internal and external partners 

  • Source new partnerships to create and collaborate on brand activations 

  • Build and maintain current relationships – enabling brand presence where culture is being created

Human Capital and Agency Resource Management: 20% 

  • Manage agency resources and partner, as well as a team of Team Leads and Retail Activation Specialists as the program expands 

  • Serve as Agency Council Lead across multiple agency partners

  • Facilitate clear goals and expectations for the team and partners, conducting regular performance reviews 

Budget Management/Admin: 10% 

  • Budget and goals management and oversight

  • Negotiating Terms 

  • ROI Evaluations 

Leverage Field Sales & Distributors: 10% 

  • Engage Regional Distributor and Co-Manufacturer 

  • Oversee and facilitate the collaboration of Distributor Sales Reps and Field Marketing programs 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Based in Atlanta, on-site position at Red Tree Beverage HQ 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health & Wellness, or a related major 

  • 5+ years of Field Marketing of Brand Marketing experience, beverage alcohol or CPG preferred 

  • Budget management and accountability 

  • Project management and/or event planning experience 

  • Prior sales experience a plus 

  • Prior experience training and managing a team 

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, nights, and weekends with the ability to travel 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 

  • Adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Suites 

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and research 

  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment 

  • Highly organized with experience in professional relationship management 


Financials: 

  • Base Salary: 90,000 – 110,000 

  • Bonus potential: 10% 

  • Communication: 150 month 

  • Wellness: 50 month
