Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Brand Engagement marketing team. You will lead digital marketing campaigns for Autodesk University (AU) and One Team Conference. Our Brand Engagement team delivers top-tier marketing campaigns to support audience acquisition, amplification, and attendee event experiences. You are a creative, marketer with a background in digital and conference marketing, and experience with brand. You will report to the Head of Brand Social Media and Digital Marketing within Brand and Creative Department.

Location: San Francisco, CA - Hybrid

Responsibilities

Campaign Marketing - AU: The Design and Make Conference

  • Create and refine marketing campaign strategies to lead conference registration and attendance for in-person and online events
  • Guide integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including email, web, social media, SEM, display and paid social
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce compelling campaign ads and assets
  • Tailor messaging and content that resonates with multiple industry audiences
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing, partnering with Marketing Operations to deploy in Marketo
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns for Autodesk University
  • Build conference marketing websites with marketing content and value proposition
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Use data-driven insights to improve marketing strategies and tactics
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that our marketing efforts are innovative and effective

Collaborate Internally

  • Gather key conference features from event management and program teams
  • Lead collaborations across Autodesk and industry to reach collective goals
  • Enable and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships within key Autodesk teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing with experience in Conference Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to lead decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling messaging and content
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns and social media campaigns
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,400 and $149,160. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
