Marketing Manager, Campaign Planning & Execution
Job Description
What You'll Do
- Executes email campaigns and communications within established timelines including national and local acquisition campaigns, product notifications, customer communications and special projects
- Customizes, tailors and edits email creative as needed verifying content for accuracy
- Provides HTML support to rest of team to create, edit and troubleshoot HTML/CSS code
- Influences the direction of the email marketing program, including email template design, dynamic email personalization, content strategy, mobile optimization, and coordination with other digital channels
- Utilizes dynamic content within the email programs
- Process and project management of high volume of email campaigns
- Multichannel execution out of Campaign platform including but not limited to email, direct mail and digital
- Provides input for email process improvement, email promotions, and A/B tests
- Monitors email performance and channel KPI's and looks for opportunity to optimize email programs
- Liaison with key external vendors and internal boundary partners
- Reviews initial counts from vendors and metrics to ensure accuracy in execution and ability to catch any errors quickly
- Proofreads all messaging and manage templates, graphics, and seed lists
- Executes final quality check for creative and list selection/approvals and ensures that list selection meets approved guidelines and is on time
- Stays up to date and informed on the latest email technologies and trends to influence the email strategy

Who You Are
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and campaign management and execution with the ability to multi-task and manage many deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CDC (Customer Data Cloud)
- Knowledge of SQL Query/Automation Studio and Interaction Studio
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail oriented and strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time independently and juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
Preferred
- Degree or experience in related discipline strongly desired
- Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other Salesforce Marketing applications
- Knowledge of Datorama
- Experience in telecommunications industry
