KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications:

  • Lead company’s internal and external communications.
  • Manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and training programs.
  • Prepare content for leadership communications, such as speeches, presentations, and talking points.
  • Assist with crisis communications to protect the company’s reputation.
  • Continuously monitor and refine communication strategies for effectiveness.

Brand Marketing:

  • Lead the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation for General RE and Development Division.
  • Create and manage essential marketing resources for associates.
  • Oversee and track listing exposure across platforms.
  • Support the Development Division’s marketing efforts when 2 or more projects are involved.

Public Relations:

  • Manage relationships with PR agencies and oversee public relations activities.
  • Collaborate with PR partners to enhance the company’s public image and manage media relations.

Partnerships & Sponsorships:

  • Coordinate marketing efforts with corporate partners, including events and asset management (e.g., partnerships with Miami Heat, Art Basel and United Way, Development Division brand events, International Events).

Print Advertising:

  • Plan and optimize print advertising campaigns, monitoring spend and performance.

General Duties:

  • Provide copywriting support as needed.
  • Manage the company’s event calendar.
  • Participate in leadership meetings to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Handle Marketing communications to company department heads: ie Weekly Leadership/Manager Call, Weekly Marketing update email, Operational Monthly
Requirements

3-5 years experience in communications role

Copy writing experience a must

RE experience a plus
