Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to join our team at our Chicago headquarters or remotely.

With 400 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, 1WorldSync is the industry leader in omnichannel product content solutions. The Marketing Manager is a key player supporting our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will collaborate closely with leaders and role players throughout the company, including sales, product and community enablement. This role will be an expert in established best-practice and emerging B2B marketing tactics, with a keen eye toward the development of tailored, integrated and top-notch product marketing content.

As a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

  • Contribute to the development and management of 1WorldSync's global demand generation campaigns across channels (e.g., email, SEM, digital advertising, web, events.) including strategy, content planning, campaign setup, A/B testing, reporting, and optimization
  • Partner with Product Marketing Manager as well as Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales teams to develop and optimize campaigns according to the product roadmap and 1WorldSync's pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage the operations of 1WorldSync's marketing automation system
  • Collaborate with sales to establish, implement, and maintain lead-to-revenue processes aligned to business goals and GTM strategy
  • In partnership with the Revenue Operations teams and business development representatives, actively monitor all campaign analytics and create appropriate reporting, communicating results effectively to the team with recommended actions for optimization
  • In collaboration with Community Enablement team, assist in execution of supplier ramp campaigns and track progress toward revenue goals
  • Own marketing prospect contact database, adhering to compliance guidelines, including GDPR and CCPA
  • Leverage positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used in marketing campaigns and programs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of marketing operations and demand generation experience, with an emphasis on B2B
  • 1+ years experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Netsuite, Hubspot, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Ability to understand and translate business objectives into marketing goals, KPIs and technical requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make commercially impactful recommendations based on the data
  • Creative approach to developing integrated campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to learn new products and solutions and translate value drivers to target audiences
  • Strong experience with martech stack, including Marketo, Netsuite, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics and more
  • Management of budget and resource allocation to support success and efficiency
  • Previous experience working across Marketing, Business Development and Sales to define and develop scalable business processes designed to drive revenue

Additional Details

  • If applying as a Chicago based candidate, this is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
  • If applying as a remote candidate, this role can be remote in any of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI
  • This position requires up to 5% travel.
