Job Description
The Opportunity:
The U.S. Digital Services Marketing Manager will work with cross-functional teams driving the market analysis, campaign strategy and activation, customer feedback requirements and execution of the product lifecycle management and commercialization within RDC. This manager will facilitate the communication strategy between internal and external customers to effectively commercialize and monetize, where applicable, the digital services portfolio and platform features in the US market.
This position will be responsible for the commercialization of new and existing services through promoting and driving their adoption, gathering deep customer insights and identifying gaps and feature requirements for the platforms and digital service portfolio. This individual manages marketing materials to establish product branding and messaging. This role provides the opportunity to work across global and other local teams to develop a strong network for sharing best practices, gleaming new insights, and identifying new ways of working.

Responsibilities
Drive adoption and utilization of the solution in the US Affiliate:
- Develop localized promotional materials for current and future digital services and features
- Provide product support and guidance to local digital service owners
- Own the voice of the customer relationship through gathering, refining, analyzing and prioritizing requirements from existing and potential customers and internal sales partners
- Deeply understand the customer use cases and requirements, translating this information into user stories to drive new digital services and platform features
- Lead, manage, and monitor product-specific competitor activities in the US and work with the appropriate local or global teams to develop actions to address them
Own and deliver Product Marketing in the US for the digital services (Dialog, etc):
- Collaborate with the digital service SME's to active the content for targeted audiences
- Develop a digital strategy that activates the promotional content and solution information, while addressing specific digital service needs
- Create standardized and consistent messaging by coordinating and executing all customer and sales communications
Enable the organization's New Ways of Working:
- Partner with Marketing Tech & Activation team and RDC IT team to implement, maintain, and sustain/manage the solution locally
- Build and foster a global-to-local network that enables co-creation and an inclusive mindset
- Partner with Analytics teammates to measure, report and optimize marketing plans, content and activation - to increase digital marketing effectiveness
- Enable and support collaborations with Agency of Record and other vendor partners
- Be an ambassador for the Roche brand and branding standards
- Promote BASE's value and impact to enhance the org's reputation
Capabilities:
- Strong experience in product management and marketing of digital services
- Ability to work independently and interdependently
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate and influence colleagues based on analytics and sound research
- Solid corporate and business knowledge
- Demonstrated success in prioritizing and execution of multiple projects
- Desire and openness to learning and continuous improvement
- Works well within a collaborative team environment
Who You Are:
- University degree (marketing, business etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years' eDM, marketing automation or eCommerce experience, preferably in the field of diabetes management.
- Agency-side experience a plus, but not required.
- Experience marketing within B2C, B2B and B2B2C models (sell to / through).
- Ability to travel occasionally as required (COVID permitting).
Preferred:
- 5+ years of product management experience - digital product, platform and/or solutions
- 5+ years of marketing digital service solution
