Marketing Manager (Email & Mobile)
Job Description
Our client, located in Concord, Ontario is looking to hire an Email and Mobile Marketing Manager.
Role Overview
As Manager, Email & Mobile Marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of email and SMS marketing programs across retail and e-commerce brands.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will lead lifecycle and broadcast programs that drive revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will translate business goals into scalable messaging strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously optimize performance using data and insights.
What you will do
Strategy & Ownership
- Own the email and SMS marketing roadmap including lifecycle, promotional, and triggered programs
- Develop strategies aligned with e-commerce, retail, and omnichannel growth
- Improve personalization, segmentation, automation, and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and privacy standards
Execution & Optimization
- Oversee campaign execution from briefing to deployment and analysis
- Manage and optimize programs in Klaviyo including flows, audiences, testing, and reporting
- Establish QA standards for accuracy and brand consistency
- Test subject lines, content, timing, and cadence to improve performance
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate across marketing, merchandising, and digital teams
- Act as the subject matter expert for email and mobile marketing
- Contribute to broader digital and CRM strategy
Reporting & Insights
- Define success metrics and reporting frameworks
- Deliver insights on revenue, engagement, and customer behavior
- Use data to guide decisions and prioritize initiatives
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in email and mobile marketing within retail or e-commerce
- Experience owning strategy, not just execution
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing
- Experience leading projects or team members
- Knowledge of omnichannel customer journeys
- Experience with Email, SMS, Push, In-App, and Web Push messaging
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
