Marketing Manager, EOS Programs
Job Description
The Marketing Manager, EOS Programs will develop and execute strategic marketing programs to support product adoption for the EOS platform that consists of imaging, surgical planning, and analytics. Responsibilities include management of field-support programs (Centers of Excellence), local site marketing programs, creation of impactful marketing collateral, and case summaries. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Account Managers and Marketing Communications, to understand market dynamics, product positioning, sales strategy, and organizational objectives to drive commercialization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of the EOS platform.
- Develop marketing collateral, such as patient education materials, brochures, case profiles, and presentations, to facilitate effective communication with patients.
- Create and maintain the EOS marketing media kit, including brochures, presentations, case studies, website content, and social media campaigns, to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our product to surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement customer-focused marketing campaigns, including us of social media, to support healthcare providers in promoting the adoption and utilization of the EOS platform.
- Create structure for EOS program launch events, including the invitations, agendas, messaging, and program support materials to systematically deploy alongside site go-lives.
- Define and manage the Centers of Excellence program, including identifying target sites, establishing criteria, maintaining contacts, creating a process for visitation/communications, and developing the necessary resources and materials.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to develop and maintain a library of marketing assets, including templates, case studies, and success stories, that can be utilized by healthcare providers to drive adoption and utilization of the EOS platform.
- Support the Sales team by providing marketing materials and resources to assist them in their customer engagement activities and presentations.
- Participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to increase product visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and customer engagement, to measure the success of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of successful marketing experience, spine or orthopedics medical device & surgery knowledge preferred

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $97,000 to $107,000 Full-Time Annual Salary
