Marketing Manager, Europe- Remote opportunity

Grow your career as a Marketing Manager, Europe within ALGV, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for creating, managing and executing all Europe destination and hotel marketing strategies. You will be responsible for European campaigns, content, and hotel partnerships.
A successful Marketing Manager, Europe will:
- Track all campaigns and deliverables
- Develop, implement and monitor Europe and destination marketing campaign strategy
- Own and manage the creation of all Europe content strategy and Advisor toolkits for ALGV360
- Leverage consortia/host opportunities and work collaboratively with Consortia team on opportunities to feature Europe
- Executes all Hyatt Inclusive Collection Europe marketing
- Own all co-op marketing execution across all marketing channels (website, trade, email, consortia, etc)
- Liaise with Education team on relevant course content and assist with any marketing or creative needs
- Work collectively with Marketing leadership team in executing strategies across marketing channels
- Collaborate with Creative Services and Content team to align on strategies and execution
- Own United Vacations Europe marketing and execution
A successful Marketing Manager, Europe will have:
- College degree with a preferred major in Marketing and/or Communications
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with Europe hotel and destination knowledge.
- Experience with integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience leading marketing campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team oriented environment
- Competency in leveraging insights to introduce forward thinking and dynamic approaches to problem solving
- Working knowledge and experience with Europe destinations and trends
- Travel industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively with multiple leaders across departments
- Excellent understanding of full marketing mix
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, Mediatool, Trello, and Hootsuite
- Mastery of Microsoft Suite
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at self- and project management with an eye for detail and logistics
- Highly creative with ability to think outside of the box
