Founded in 2017, Bbot is a customer-first technology company that builds order-and-pay software designed to improve the guest ordering experience and take the burden off hospitality operators like you. With 80+ employees and counting, Bbot is growing and evolving with our customersโ€™ needs.

Our three co-founders, Steve, Luke and Greg, met as officers in the Navy. The three of them worked on instrumentation and control systems for submarines and aircraft carriers. They kept in touch for many years after, ultimately working together to develop the original Bbot, a bartender robot that delivers drinks to tables in restaurants.

With some initial success, the robot evolved into a software that allows guests to order and pay from wherever they are located on property. On the brink of contactless technology, Bbot has been the leader in order and pay solutions and continues to use technology to improve the guest experience.

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager with significant event planning experience to help us increase our market share within the hospitality space. You will play a vital role in raising our brand profile and driving leads by executing on our annual marketing plan, with a focus on executing best-in-class events. Our ideal candidate will bring a strategic, data-driven approach with extremely detail-oriented execution skills.


What You Will Do:
  • Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly/quarterly MQL, demo, and opportunity targets
  • Conceive, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that engage Bbot prospects, customers, and partners to help drive MQL pipeline and revenue growth
  • Plan, manage and execute online and in-person events including webinars, trade shows, dinners, happy hours and field events
  • Manage spend and campaigns across Google Adwords, Display, Paid Social etc.
  • Produce various marketing materials including event registration pages, branded collateral, presentation decks, blog posts, project briefs, etc. (working with our designer as needed)
  • Work with external vendors to produce trade show materials, swag, collateral, etc.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are prepared for upcoming marketing events and complete accurate post-event reportingIdentify new business opportunities and build marketing strategies to execute against pipeline goals
  • Measure, report, and gather feedback on the impact of marketing activities
  • Keep detailed records of all event budgets and reconcile expenses in a timely manner
  • Complete routine tasks such as shipping, swag organization, event registration with enthusiasm
  • Bring a fun, collaborative, can-do attitude to the team!ย 


What You Will Need:
  • 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in a high tech company
  • Demonstrated success in executing online and in-person events, with measurable pipeline targets
  • Experience planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented in all aspects of your work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface seamlessly with a global, multicultural team
  • Ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
  • Willing to jump in and help with tasks with a โ€œno job is too smallโ€ attitude
  • Proven experience leading by example with integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Hubspot (or similar) required
  • SplashThat experience a plus
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not required

Expected Salary Range For This Role:
$80,000-$120,000

(This salary range was determined based on prior work or industry experience, education level to the extent education is relevant to the position, as well as unique skills we are seeking - this range is negotiable and non-binding)
