Our marketing teams drive the GTM strategy - interacting with all levels of our prospect and customer accounts to understand the imperatives and initiatives that impact their business. We use best practices in event, field and account-based marketing to create and deliver our unique messaging and technology differentiators, and build a brand for Instabase. You will be a part of the founding marketing team at Instabase to help drive the company GTM strategy at the highest levels. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to strategize, build, and execute virtual and in-person executive/CXO events and programs.Â
What you’ll impact:
- Support our account teams & GTM through programs that encourage executive level interactions within our strategic prospect and customer accounts
- Build the framework for executive programs at Instabase from ground up including executive roundtables, roadshows and CXO experiences - responsibilities will include coordination of all logistics, creation and execution of event timelines and materials, day-of support, speaker designation/preparation and follow-up
- Create ongoing annual/quarterly programs that create brand champions, increase customer loyalty and guide and execute our corporate strategy such as Customer Councils and Technical Advisory Boards.Â
- Recommend strategies to improve executive stakeholder mapping in top accounts and strategic audience acquisition for all events and programs
- Ensure thought leadership messaging and promotion for all exec programs are consistent with brand standards
What will help you be successful:Â
- Strong ability to collaborate with executives (internally and externally) for joint planning and execution of programs
- Excellent team-building skills, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior executives
- Growth mindset with the ability to develop strategy and plan, and then be hands-on executing
- Strong writing skills especially attuned to how executive-level mindset and communications
- Attention to detail, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with stakeholders globally and empathy for global audiences
- Desire to be self-sufficient in setting and achieving goals and establishing effective reporting to show results
- 5+ years building and implementing high-impact executive events driving pipeline and closing deals
- Solid experience successfully executing the logistics behind high-profile, white-glove events
