iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are seeking a highly organized and hands on Freemotion Brand Owner to lead the day to day execution and growth of the Freemotion commercial business. This role sits at the intersection of brand, sales, and operations, serving as the connective tissue between the Commercial Sales organization and Marketing. The Brand Owner will be deeply embedded in the business, supporting B2B revenue growth through strong execution, sales enablement, and commercial event activation.

This is a tactical, execution focused role designed for someone who thrives in the details, moves quickly, and enjoys building alongside the sales team. The role will oversee a matrixed Event Planner supporting commercial activations and industry events.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Drive Freemotion revenue growth by equipping the Commercial Sales team with effective B2B tools, messaging, and executional support
  • Own the day to day brand execution for Freemotion across sales materials, commercial storytelling, and customer facing experiences
  • Deliver impactful commercial events and tradeshows that elevate Freemotion’s presence in the industry and generate pipeline opportunities
  • Support iFIT integration within the commercial ecosystem by helping translate product and platform value into real world gym environments

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary Brand Owner for Freemotion, ensuring alignment between brand execution, sales needs, and commercial business priorities
  • Partner closely with Commercial Sales leadership to identify opportunities that improve win rate, accelerate deals, and strengthen customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain high quality sales enablement tools including presentations, product collateral, competitive positioning, and customer storytelling assets
  • Lead execution of global tradeshows and commercial events in partnership with a matrixed Event Planner, including planning, vendor coordination, and on site support
  • Manage external vendors and partners supporting Freemotion marketing activations and event experiences
  • Coordinate product launch readiness from a commercial perspective, ensuring sales teams have the tools and assets needed to succeed
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Subscription teams to maintain consistency across messaging and brand standards
  • Monitor event performance, sales feedback, and campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve execution and drive stronger commercial outcomes
  • Support the commercial organization with day to day brand needs, ensuring responsiveness, agility, and alignment with revenue priorities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education and Basic Qualifications 

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand management, commercial operations, or sales enablement
  • Experience working closely with sales organizations in a revenue focused environment
  • Strong executional mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success supporting tradeshows, commercial events, or experiential marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a bias toward action and problem solving
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or connected hardware industry
  • Background supporting global or international commercial teams
  • Comfort operating in fast moving, evolving organizations
  • Experience working in matrixed environments where influence and partnership are critical to success

Pay Range:
$90,000$115,000 USD
