About this role:

We are looking for an experienced marketing growth hacker who will be responsible for identifying, implementing and analyzing non-paid growth opportunities to increase traffic and lead generation. Core duties will involve developing new strategies to increase top-of-funnel traffic, drive qualified leads, and impact subsequent revenue. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales team to brainstorm unique ideas for the growth campaigns and launch them cross functionally. Close partnership with product stakeholders to project scoping and support implementation will be critical to success. This role will report to the CMO.

Areas of responsibility: 

  • Growth strategy: Work with sales and marketing leadership to define the overall growth marketing strategy with an emphasis on non-paid channels, online communities, offline partnerships and referral strategies. 
  • Model impact: Identify growth opportunities to improve key conversion funnel metrics (e.g. traffic, lead conversion) through a mix of on and off platform strategies 
  • Cross-functional execution: Design and launch growth initiatives, big and small. Work in constant communication with key stakeholders internally across product, marketing and sales.
  • Measurement & reporting: Develop target metrics and rigorously measure and report on program performance. Work with sales leadership to define the lead funnel, including qualification criteria, scoring, and sales handoff.

About you:

  • Strong communicator: Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with attention to detail. A bias for over communication is a plus.
  • Experienced: 5+ years experience in a similar role. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or another related field
  • Data driven:  Expertise in A/B testing and growth metrics. Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and understand trends and make data-informed recommendations. Have a good understanding of web and social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or SEMrush
