WHAT WE DO- The Rockstar Games Commerce team helps to drive the monetization and growth of all of Rockstar’s game and game-related products.Â
- We work across several internal and external teams to help define and communicate our SKU, pricing, platform, and go-to market strategies.Â
- Our goal is to build profitable and player-friendly business models and practices to allow our teams to focus their energy on creating and delivering the content that make our games and communities great.Â
- Help to drive and communicate the vision and value of GTA+ by working across teams and work streams that include game development, product management, marketing, UXR and site management.
- Collaborate the Product Management lead for GTA+ in sizing and prioritizing features for roadmap placement.
- Drive value and communications internally and externally to help stakeholders understand what makes each feature rollout special and unique.
- Deliver fully integrated campaigns to promote success across key metrics like users, usage, and monetization that help drive adoption and acquisition of GTA+.
- Clearly establish and communicate deadlines to brand marketing teams to ensure assets and information is available for dissemination.
- Be a primary point of contact with multiple partners to accomplish important deliverable dates.
- Aid in the communication and delegation of tasks related to publishing processes.
- A proponent of intelligent and sensible transparency that helps teams understand and contribute to a project’s vision while fostering open feedback and constructive criticism.
- Unflustered and level-headed conflict resolution and troubleshooting.
- 3+ years’ experience leading large go-to market campaigns and launches, preferably of game or software products.
- 4-year college graduate with a background in business or 2+ years of professional experience in e-commerce. Technical or operations experience is a plus.
- Process-focused program management skills such as creating work back schedules and check-ins to ensure adequate review and clarity across publishing functions.
- Comfort with a live service environment where plans and requirements are constantly changing.
- The ability to create internal documentation either in the form of Wiki articles or PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with current subscription and e-commerce user/buyer feature sets available on major web storefronts.
- Enthusiasm for gaming is desired; ability to stay on the forefront of industry trends is a big plus; familiarity with GTA Online is not a requirement but would be nice to have.
