Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Position:Marketing Manager Location:Niles, IL Hours:8am - 4:30pm***This is a hybrid role - Will be in office Tuesday and Thursday. Other days on occasion as needed.** Requirements -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in food ingredients, food manufacturing, or a related industrial sector -but not a must • Proven ability to build and manage marketing functions and strategy from scratch. • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills—especially when translating technical information into value propositions. • Experience supporting/collaborating with sales and product development teams, presenting strategies, and building relationships. • Analytical, problem-solving skills, creative and strategic thinking skills, project management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
