Marketing Manager, Insurance

We have a rare opportunity to join our Marketing team on a 12month Maximum Term Contract as a Marketing Manager focusing on our Insurance business.
You will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing marketing communication strategies for our insurance products. You’ll lead all product marketing, working closely with product managers, wider brand and marketing teams, and external media and creative agencies to achieve marketing and commercial objectives.
What will you be doing?Â
- Drive marketing communication activities to achieve Insurance targets, support related products and transformational projects.Â
- Lead creative and media planning and executions, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and go-to-market plans.Â
- Contribute to developing and implementing the Insurance marketing communications plans, aligned with annual product and marketing strategy.Â
- Oversee the monthly business performance review and ensure on-brand output is delivered on time, within budget, and meets targets.Â
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as advertising and media agency representatives.Â
- Identify opportunities for marketing improvement through competitor analysis, data-driven insights, and awareness of marketing and media trends.Â
- Manage the tracking and coordination of the Insurance marketing and communication budget, providing performance recommendations.Â
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement through analysis and ROI assessment.Â
What are we looking for in you?Â
- Proven experience in marketing communication, strategy development, campaign coordination, and advertising with a results driven approachÂ
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with a variety of individuals.Â
- Experience effectively managing marketing budgets
- Expert planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet organisational goalsÂ
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including Sitecore, SEM, SEO, and related analytics.Â
- Strategic mindset with the ability to foresee future possibilities and translate them into actionable strategiesÂ
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline.Â
