Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for driving growth in the retail industry? We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of our retail marketing strategy across the Nordic region (Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark). In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Nordics. What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the Nordic Retail Marketing Plan: Develop, execute, and optimize the regional retail marketing strategy to achieve KPIs, manage budgets, and drive growth.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, customer success, and business development teams to build and support a healthy sales pipeline through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Lead Generation and Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated marketing programs to fuel lead generation, including webinars, digital campaigns, and both virtual and in-person events.
  • Event Management:
    • Plan and execute RELEX’s proprietary events, from audience targeting and content creation to post-event analysis and improvements.
    • Manage participation in third-party trade fairs and conferences, ensuring strategy alignment and tracking event performance.
  • Align with Central Marketing Functions: Collaborate with global marketing teams (campaigns, ABM, digital, brand, creative, and content) to ensure consistency with corporate standards in overall branding.
  • Partnership and GTM Strategies: Work closely with alliance partners on joint marketing and go-to-market initiatives, driving co-branded efforts.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and inform future marketing efforts.
  • Build Industry Relationships: Foster strong connections with retail trade shows and industry organizations, positioning us as a key player in the market.
  • Trend Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, identifying new opportunities to accelerate market growth.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience partnering with sales, customer success, and business development teams to drive cohesive, impactful campaigns.
  • Event & Campaign Management: Expertise in managing both physical and virtual events, alongside crafting and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with regional audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and drive initiatives from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) is a plus.
  • International experience, particularly working with creative, content, and commercial teams.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and retail planning industries.
