The Marketing Manager, Nucleic Acid Therapeutics (NAT) for Cytiva is responsible for activities that will result in marketing driven revenue growth for the global mRNA market segment, aligned to a campaign within the Genomic Medicine marketing team.
This position is part of the Genomic Medicine marketing team located in Vancouver, Canada and will be hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategy, messaging and tactics that will drive growth in the NAT portfolio revenue including development of marketing content from thought leadership through to technical documents.
- Form collaborative relationships with product management, R&D, and product marketing, to drive excellence in market launches and go to market strategies; support regional marketing teams with relevant conferences and events.
- Collect customer and market insights to influence innovation and portfolio development.
- Prepare and present marketing KPIs and analyse data for trends and actionable insights.
- Align with Sales Enablement to support the implementation of commercially focused marketing campaigns, with tools and assets to maximise commercial performance.
Who you are:
- BSc or equivalent degree, advanced learnings in marketing / life sciences / related experience in life science applications.
- Demonstrated experience as a strategic and creative product marketer, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer focused marketing messages and content.
- Effective interpersonal skills, communicating and networking at industry tradeshows.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Managing projects from inception to completion, achieving landmarks through strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is $88,600 - $130,000 CAD annual. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and retirement planning for eligible employees.
