We're hiring a Marketing Manager for Product Campaigns!

About this position

The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for the lifecycle of a product campaign and campaign initiatives. This includes developing strategies, planning, implementing, executing, and reviewing programs to activate, engage, retain, cross-sell, and increase the customer lifetime value for our Plexus business. Additionally, this role will be responsible for all channel asset collection and final reporting and working with all channel stakeholders to ensure that the campaign has met the specified goals.

The Campaign Marketing Manager will also oversee marketing-related tasks, including messaging and design, ensuring the campaigns are consistent with the brand codes.

What you'll do

  • You will organize and lead strategic planning discussions with stakeholders to define marketing campaigns and consult on best practices and marketing/ operations requirements.
  • Per brand guidelines, you will provide quality assurance on marketing campaign assets (emails, landing pages, SMS, videos).
  • You will lead regular team calls to plan and review campaigns.
  • You will identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions for improving the quality of work and efficiencies in the process.
  • You are responsible for aligning Initiative Owners to the overall campaign objectives.
  • You actively participate in the Campaign initiatives and provide insight and guidance on marketing strategy.
  • You will lead and facilitate 360 Collaboration efforts to ensure all plans are aligned and cohesive.
  • You will document meeting summaries and action items for all Sales and Marketing collaboration meetings. (ie. 360 Meetings, Plan and Alignment Review Meeting)
  • In collaboration with the VP of Marketing Campaigns responsible for assisting in obtaining approval from the CMO/Chief Field Development Officer on all required campaign strategies and direction
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving assets associated with campaigns to ensure they are consistent.
  • You will work in partnership with Product Marketing for new product launches and incentives/promotions to develop and implement end-to-end journey and lifecycle campaigns, including campaign planning and design, target criteria selection, campaign health monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
  • You will stay attuned to the changing multilevel marketing channel and contribute new ideas toward growth & optimization and best practices.

You should have

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
  • You have 5 or more years of experience working with Product Marketing Campaigns, preferably within the direct sales space.
  • You have experience directly leading people and possess strong leadership qualities.
  • You have analytical skills and are data-focused, with the ability to translate numbers into actions.
  • You clearly understand the current competitive landscape and seek to maintain this understanding moving forward.
  • You can keep calm under pressure and prioritize large workloads while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • You can collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations.
  • You are adept at providing solutions and working in cross-functional areas to facilitate the successful completion of projects.
