Marketing Manager, Promotions & Partnerships

This professional will manage and lead Promotions & Partnerships for all theatrical releases bringing Significant Earned Media Value (ATL) and Business Competitive Intelligence. Will also support Events, Trade Roadshows, Premieres defining the strategy and sponsorships related

Core Responsibilities

Promotional Planning:

Build promotional plans and strategies for pitching high-level companies in the Brazilian marketplace that have fit with the film and brand. Will be responsible for verifying possible synergies and cross opportunities within ONE SONY companies and agencies. Will elaborate creative concepts to connect brands and films. Exchange ideas with senior management and peers, in order to create 360 plans and campaigns.

Conquering Partnerships and Promo Partners :

Develop projects and present them to companies and online and offline outlets that can give significant promotional support and ATL media to the film campaign. Will Secure deals and submit it for HO evaluation. Will Negotiate terms, values and creative hooks with all stakeholders as well have the ability to manage timing for approvals and implementations with the partner.

Submission and Approval - Systems:

Will dedicate significant timing submitting deals, legal agreements, and creative artwork into HO system. Constant Follow Up with both HO and partner to keep tracking of timing and execution.

Events:

Build the strategy and oversee events and roadshows (premieres, Trade Events, CCXP and others) bringing potential sponsors and cross media opportunities. Will coordinate it with Operations Team for high quality deployment.

Job Requirements

BA in Marketing or related areas and MBA is a Plus

5+ Experience in Promotions, Consumer Products and Events

Business Negotiations

Entertainment Background desirable

English Professional Working Proficiency is a must.

Spanish Professional Working Proficiency is a plus.
