Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing channels
- Create compelling and engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, case studies, white papers, and sales collateral, to educate and attract target audiences
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media campaigns, and website optimisation, to drive website traffic and generate high-quality leads
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging various marketing channels and tactics to generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring maximum brand exposure and lead generation opportunities
- Measure and analyse marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and lead conversion rates, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and support revenue growth
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, monitoring expenses, and allocating resources to maximise return on investment (ROI)
- Manage a team of Graphic Designers and Digital Marketing Specialists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 yrs work experience in marketing for a SaaS company
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and trends, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Hubspot), and analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making and measure marketing performance
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and analysing marketing metrics and using insights to drive continuous improvement
