As part of the dynamic and agile IPG Global Marketing team, you will transform company initiatives and objectives into tactical, channel and content-specific marketing activities. You will be responsible for researching, developing, communicating, and leading specialized marketing plans and campaigns across the entire spectrum of IPG laser-based solutions.

Your wide-ranging marketing experience, which balances strategy and solutions, will ensure business goals are achieved through detailed market analysis, strategic planning, collaboration with stakeholders, creation and distribution of targeted materials, and constant measurement to optimize effectiveness.

You are no stranger to working directly with company leaders to align your efforts and consistently produce on-point deliverables per expectations. Your ability to accept criticism and follow internal processes are key success factors.

Responsibilities:

  • Research target markets, competitors, customers, and stakeholders to leverage the greatest opportunities to influence results
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns complete with leading and lagging KPIs that align with marketing strategy, goals, and objectives
  • Communicate opportunities with key stakeholders to gain awareness, opinion, and approval for your plan and campaign suggestions
  • Lead and align cross-functional collaboration in the strategic execution of your plans and campaigns
  • Report outcomes of your plans and campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop plans to enhance and optimize your work to influence greater results
  • Share knowledge and lessons learned for what worked and what did not

Requirements

  • University degree in business, marketing, strategy or related field, MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role focused on developing and executing business strategy
  • Understanding of solution vs. product based marketing
  • Self-starter with a track record of success
  • Ability to identify trends, opportunities, and threats and customize marketing plans accordingly
  • Team player with cross-functional teamwork experience
  • Willpower to take constructive criticism, review work, and suggest improvements
  • Prior experience with a global technology company is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously
  • A firm understanding of current marketing trends

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22C.F.R. ยง120.15 are required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee. License exception Technology and software under restriction (TSR) defined in 15 CFR 740.6 may permit person from Country Group B.
