Job Title: Marketing Manager (Swoop System)

Location: Guilford, CT - Hybrid


Summary: 

The Swoop System Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in the development of marketing content and the execution of product marketing initiatives to drive the purchase and adoption of the Swoop MR Imaging system.  Responsibilities include the planning and coordinating of product launches and software releases and supporting market awareness and demand generation initiatives.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide global support for product positioning, messaging, objection handling, and technical communication for the Swoop MR Imaging System.  
  • Work with sales and clinical support specialist team to understand sales needs and challenges. 
  • Work with technical and regulatory teams to develop accurate, compelling, and compliant  messaging and positioning.  
  • Develop marketing launch plans for new products and software releases. Partner and/or lead cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and execute commercial product launches.    
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Swoop system. Be the go-to person on the marketing team to answer questions on the Swoop system.  
  • Develop sales and clinical support specialist tools 
  • Respond to sales requests for specific marketing collateral development  
  • Create content to support the development of technical documents, brochures, website, and other assets    
  • Create slide decks and materials with the support of content marketing and graphics to support compelling arguments for establishing and growing a Swoop system program   
  • Identify key adoption barriers to product adoption and develop the tools, programs, and training needed to overcome those barriers. 
  • Create marketing campaigns, including digital components, to advance the adoption of the Swoop system with clinicians, hospital administrators and imaging professionals. 
  • Work with marketing leadership to set strategy, messaging, and support content execution for relevant medical conferences and trade shows.   
  • Build a deep understanding of target markets, including competitive technologies, healthcare trends, and unmet user needs. 
  • Lead marketing research efforts into expanding geography markets and applications. 

Knowledge & Skill: 

  • Proven proficiency in PowerPoint and O365. 
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills are needed with attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities. 
  • Consistently pushes self and others to achieve challenging goals while maintaining integrity, authenticity, and community. 
  • Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from variety of different disciplines and domains. 
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of new software solutions and tools. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for working with a wide variety of stakeholders including sales, customer success, R&D, regulatory, quality and clinician and hospital administration.  
  • Creative thinker who is intellectually curious and who is willing and able to put into practice the 1% improvement every day ethos.  

Education/Experience Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 8+ years’ experience (or equivalent) 
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer facing product marketing or product management in the medical device, medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other similar area 
  • Demonstrated successful product launch in a regulated industry 

Physical Demands: 

  • This is a Hybrid role with regular presence at Hyperfine, Inc’s facility in Guilford, CT.   
  • Ability to travel 30% for conferences, customer site visits, team building events, etc. 
  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays when needed 
  • Ability to speak, write, and use all office equipment including scanner and printer, phone, computer, etc.
