What We'll Bring:
As the marketing manager for TransUnion's Tenant & Employment business, you will manage the internal client relationships with business leaders and own the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans, and performance-driven demand generation campaigns leveraging our global operating model. You'll identify marketing growth opportunities across all channels of the marketing mix that deliver on the Tenant & Employment business goals.
You must be strategic and nimble, with the ability to translate business needs and product offerings into effective marketing plans and programs at each stage of the customer journey. You will be comfortable with daily marketing activities as well as long-term strategy, operating under tight deadlines and changing needs.
What You'll Bring:

• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with software, Real Estate/Property Management, agency or online marketing experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience contributing to revenue growth via marketing campaign planning and execution, event strategy, promotions and communications
• Experience building relationships and collaborating across large and complex business environments
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, including strong presentation skills
• Creativity, flexibility and initiative with the ability to accept delegated responsibility, work independently and collaborate in group settings
• Acute attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of marketing methods, budget management, and analytics and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent

How you'll contribute:

• Serve as trusted marketing partner and advisor to the Tenant & Employment leadership team and build long-term client value by delivering marketing strategies, plans, execution and results aligned to business objectives and priorities
• Anticipate Tenant & Employment's marketing needs, and lead the development, management, execution and measurement of marketing plans and programs designed to solve them
• Acquire the necessary knowledge of the Tenant & Employment customer segments, TransUnion solutions, and unique value propositions at the business and product levels
• Develop, manage and monitor the marketing budget and recommend changes based on performance results
• Create multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns that increase awareness, deepen customer relationships and win new business
• Own marketing program management (conceptualization, creative brief development, campaign strategy, content and creative alignment, etc.) to ensure projects are of the highest standards and completed on time
• Perform other related duties as assigned
