Job Summary:
As a Marketing Operations Analyst at Boomi, you will collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, events, and sales development teams to develop in-depth, end to end reporting capabilities across all marketing and sales data sets to support our global growth.

What you’ll do:
Design and implement metrics, reports and dashboards to measure effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, channels, and spend against marketing’s business objectives and annual operating plan
Own full-funnel analytics to support day-to-day business decisions, campaigns, QBRs, board decks, and ELT discussions
Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations on end-to-end funnel reporting to ensure campaign reporting accuracy as well as conversions from lead to revenue
Build data models to represent marketing’s impact across first touch, last touch and multi-touch attribution, enabling the team to truly make data driven decisions
Create the full data picture, connecting programs, channels, web, acquisition sources, and dollars spent to model where marketing should spend time, budgets, and resources to drive pipeline and bookings performance
The experience you bring:
6+ years of professional experience working in a marketing analytics role
- Experience working in marketing for a B2B SaaS, iPaaS, or Software technology company
Fluency with analytics across multiple channels including email, events, webinars, paid, PPC, SEO, web analytics, etc.Â
Strong experience with Bizible (Adobe Marketo Measure)Â
- Strong understanding of core marketing technologies like Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics as well as other business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI
Extensive experience with ExcelÂ
Strong analytical skills, and even stronger storytelling skills, in order to best represent how numbers/data should inform our marketing strategy
Self-motivated, naturally curious, and lifelong learner
Excellent communication skills – Whether it is data visualization or presenting results, able to easily share the key takeaways with executives, peers or other departments
Bonus points if you have:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience with Marketing KPIs, the marketing funnel, attribution models, and calculating ROIÂ
- Experience with SQL
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The minimum base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Chesterbrook, PA begins at $120,197 annually + 15% annual bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
