Abrigo is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to help support a variety of operational needs for our Marketing organization. This person will help track our key performance metrics across channels, assist in monitoring health across key owned systems, and work cross functionally with our demand generation and BDR teams to keep our go-to-market engine running at full capacity. This person will report to the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager. This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote.
What You'll Do:
- Own the update and maintenance of key marketing metrics and reports in concert with the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager
- Help build lists for targeting demand generation campaigns in partnership with the Segment Marketing and Business Development teams
- Maintain customer communication calendar to help track and optimize customer outreach
- Engage in ad hoc report generation for marketing leadership needs
- Assist in the data hygiene and upkeep of key marketing technologies like Pardot, Salesforce.com, Demandbase and Google Analytics/Tag Manger
- Collaborate across the marketing team to assist on key campaigns and product launch initiatives through the use of our marketing technology stack go to market and demand generation efforts
- Help write and maintain documentation on our marketing processes and technologies
- Assist in the enablement and training process for the marketing and overall Abrigo team
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
What You'll Need:
- BS/BA degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent years of experience
- Experience as a marketing analyst, marketing specialist, marketing coordinator, or similar role
- Experience working in B2B technology preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred, Marketo, Hubspot also ok)
- An ability to learn new tools quickly, both independently and with hands-on guidance
- Advanced Knowledge of one of these tools: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Google Analytics, Demandbase, Drift Chat, or one of the above mentioned marketing automation tools
- Understanding of data collection and reporting principles, experience in tools like Tableau, PowerBI a plus
