Marketing Operations Analyst - Leuven (BE) or Boston (US)

Summary

Guardsquare is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to help evolve our processes, increase our efficiency and ensure timely, accurate reporting for the executive and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, data-driven person who is passionate about finding ways to maximize marketing’s impact on the overall business.

Responsibilities

• All reporting associated with marketing campaigns, programs and tactics from sources including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, and more
• Own timely and accurate creation of board and executive level reporting 
• Establish and monitor campaign tracking and analytics to ensure campaigns are performing according to expectations
• Generate reports and dashboards to help the extended team measure effectiveness; propose modifications to campaigns, programs and tactics to maximize ROI
• Create and share monthly metrics reporting including key takeaways and recommendations to be shared within and outside the marketing team
• Collaborate across the marketing team to ensure accurate and efficient list pulls, data flows, list uploads, and more
• Ensure HubSpot and SalesForce integrations are accurate and performing as intended
• Recommend and support testing of new approaches across multiple channels
• Conduct and analyze A/B test performance
• Create and maintain lead nurturing programs
• Work collaboratively with other departments and key stakeholders to ensure 100% alignment across different teams’ activities
• Propose new processes and procedures in order to make the marketing department more efficient
• Lead marketing budget process including establishment of budget scenarios and management of actuals vs budget
• Support annual marketing target setting process

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above 
• Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot/Google Analytics
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail 
• Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills 
• Possession of strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills 
• A team player who thrives on cross-team collaboration 
• A self-starter who is always looking to evolve and improve upon current approaches
