Join us as a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst!!
As a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Marketing Ops organization supporting our Marketing Funnel analytics. Reporting to the manager of DataOps, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our analytical funnel. Your ability to think logically to solve challenges, proactively identify areas of improvement, and support the marketing team in GTM execution will be key to your success.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Analyze the Marketing Funnel, top-down and bottom up with a core understanding of the process from creation to close.
- Utilize core systems to create insights regarding marketing and pipeline activity.
- Develop insights around buying trends at account and individual level
- Be cognizant of any potential data inconsistencies or issues and work proactively to address them.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics or Marketing; MBA is a plus
- You have 4+ years of experience in an analytics role preferably within the tech industry
- Your background includes hands on experience with Salesforce, and Eloqua (or Marketo)
- You have solid and advanced skills with MS Excel
- You have used MSFT BI and/or Tableau in previous roles
