Job Description
Ibotta is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role will be pivotal in the execution of email communications that contribute to our overall marketing communications strategy.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Manage setup, QC, and launch of all client ad campaigns including but not limited to banners, push notifications, emails, and in-app messages
Assist in developing optimizations to improve overall campaign performance and independently resolve performance issues
Anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup or delivery
Contribute to and uphold an elite quality control program to ensure error-free content
Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and project management procedures
Desire to dig deeper and uncover innovative solutions and optimization opportunities
Communicate effectively and impactfully with cross-functional teams
Stay up to date on internal system changes and educate impacted departments effectively
Work closely with the Analytics department to target content to unique segments of Savers
Help develop testing to optimize comms performance in collaboration with our Ad Strategy team
Implement programs and optimizations to drive business & client goals

What we are looking for:
Past experience working in marketing, marketing operations or another related field
Ability to match client’s business requirements with internal product capabilities
Superior analytical skills with keen attention to detail
A focused and self-motivated attitude
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently
Nice to have:
Experience in Braze, Marketo, or similar
Experience with Trello and/or Salesforce, or other project-management software.
Experience interpreting data presented in dashboards such as: Mode, Looker, Datadog, and Salesforce
1-2+ years experience with a coding language (e.g. HTML/CSS, SQL, Liquid Logic) preferred
1-2+ years technical Skills: G Suite, Analytical ability to interpret reports preferred

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match and equity.
Base compensation range: $55,000-$68,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range does not apply to Canada or Mexico.
