THE OPPORTUNITY
The Marketing Operations Associate supports the implementation and execution of marketing activity through our marketing tech stack. Particular focus is on the Pardot Marketing Automation Platform (Account Engagement) where this person supports Pardot implementation and required changes and manages marketing campaign execution and tracks and reports on performance. In addition, this person will support our use of Demandbase and Qualified Chat.
Based out of a growing Denver office this person will be part of a commercially focused marketing organization looking to support business growth. As part of a global marketing operations team this is a great opportunity to enhance your career.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Marketing Automation Management to include: Set up email automations; deliver newsletters and ad hoc emails; track & report; and work with other marketing colleagues to provide ideas and suggestions to improve campaign results.
- Manage and grow our Bullseye Marketing Database, pulling lists required for marketing activity while keeping data clean and accurate.
- Pardot support to include reviewing implementation requirements, fixing issues and making recommendations for improvements, and working Sales Operations on lead flow to ensure quick movement through the funnel.
- Create reports, manage dashboards, and present results to key stakeholders including marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Monitor and optimize the lead management processes including automation and integration tools.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline.
- 2+ years’ experience with a SaaS marketing automation platform, Pardot preferred.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools (Tableau ideal)
- Experience with Marketing Tech Stack including MA Platforms, Data Manipulation, Cadence tools, WebChat tools, ABM Software etc.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to see patterns, understand data, and present insights to cross functional audiences that can impact the business.
- Collaborate with others and be able to drive conversations with a focus on stakeholder management.
