What You'll Do:
Decoding and keeping Marketo alive:
- Evaluate the existing Marketo setup, diagnose points of failure and crucial pieces of business operations that will need to be migrated to HubSpot.
- Monitor lead scoring, segmentation, and automation processes within Marketo, focusing primarily on performance of all these aspects against marketing team goals.
- Create and maintain marketing programs, workflows, and templates.
Troubleshoot Integration Issues:
- Be prepared to address any issues that may arise during the integration process, such as data sync errors, field mapping discrepancies, or security concerns.
- Data Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Regularly clean, update, and de-duplicate data in both Marketo and Salesforce.
- Implement data hygiene best practices to ensure high-quality databases.
- Monitor data quality and proactively address any issues.
Data Mapping:
- Create and maintain clear data mapping documentation to ensure that data fields in Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce align correctly.
Salesforce Reporting:
- Create and execute complex Salesforce reports to extract actionable insights.
- Analyze data to support sales and marketing decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure data accuracy and consistency in Salesforce.
Marketo to HubSpot Transition:
- Review and audit of workflows
- Lead the transition from Marketo to HubSpot, including data migration and campaign setup and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Train and educate team members on using HubSpot effectively.
